When can a contractor access the property?
Please provide at least 3 days with at least one time slot each.
I confirm I am happy for Oliver Stern to arrange access to the property on my behalf. I understand this may affect the scheduling of the repair.
Who should the contractor contact about access?
This name and number will be shared directly with the contractor so they can coordinate access on the day. It doesn't need to be your own number — it could be a flatmate, the agency, or anyone else who can help.

Keep a note of your repair reference:
Gas Emergency
If you can smell gas, leave the property immediately. Do not turn any switches on or off. Once outside call National Grid Gas Emergency on 0800 111 999. Then call the Oliver Stern emergency line.
Fire Emergency
Do not attempt to fight the fire. Evacuate immediately and call 999. Once safe call the Oliver Stern emergency line. This report will log your contact — a member of the team will follow up.
Oil Warning
If you can strongly smell oil or see a leak, ventilate the property and avoid naked flames. Call the Oliver Stern emergency line. Then continue.
Is it condensation?
If the mould looks like small patches near windows or in corners, it may be condensation rather than a structural issue. Tips: cover pans when cooking, dry clothes outdoors, use extractor fans, wipe window sills dry in the morning. If the mould is persistent or widespread please continue to report it.
